The Mondial du Lion is taking concrete actions to reduce the carbon impact associated with the travel of competitors, spectators, and the organizing team. To further raise awareness and encourage the use of sustainable mobility, the Mondial is offering practical solutions and is committed to engaging all stakeholders, including those who are not yet involved, in this effort.
The actions taken include: shuttles for competitors, encouragement of carpooling, information on public transport options and the compensation of air travel, bicycles available for on-site travel, a designated parking area for bicycles, and electric service vehicles.

By plane

By train

The train is an eco-friendly and convenient option to get to the Mondial du Lion. Book your tickets easily on SNCF Connect and enjoy a low-impact journey. Free shuttles will be available on Saturday, directly from the train station (see the shuttle section).

Free shuttles are available for all spectators, departing from Angers train station and nearby parking lots close to Le Lion d’Angers.
